- Skiing: Our ski selection includes skis, boots, bindings and poles. We even sell specialty gear, such as race and cross-country skiing equipment.
- Snowboarding: Pick up bindings, boots and a board from our shop. Our gear options suit any activity, including backcountry and freestyle snowboarding.
Our ski and snowboard shop in King of Prussia also stocks helmets, goggles, bags and accessories. Get all the items on your checklist in one place. Our equipment and gear selection comes from top brands like Burton, Obermeyer and Patagonia.

In-Shop Services
Spend more time on the mountain and less in the rental line by renting equipment from Buckman's before you leave on your trip. We rent skiing, snowboarding and cross-country gear. If you prefer to buy equipment, get the perfect fit with a custom boot fitting.
Workshop Services
Drop your equipment off at our King of Prussia location for repairs or tuneups. We'll bring the equipment to our centralized, state-of-the-art workshop and then return it to the shop for you to pick up once we're done.
The History of Our King of Prussia Shop
King of Prussia was our second location, which opened in 1988. The area used to house a gas station and a retail rental building. We rented half of the rental space, giving us a very small space of about 3,500 square feet and a basement for storage. Next door, filling out the building, was a computer store.
After our first year, the space rented by the computer store became available, and we rented that, so we had the entire building, which was approximately 5,000 square feet. A few years later, the gas station property was up for sale, and we learned that they were taking bids on it.
We had never built a shop and didn’t know how to determine the cost to build it. We met with a contractor and got a very rough estimate. We then figured out the highest bid we could afford and placed that as our bid amount.
Winning the bid brought great excitement with some trepidation about what the building process would take. We then proceeded in building what is now our King of Prussia shop.
A few years later, the original property where we rented went up for sale, and we bought it. This enabled us to add to the shop and have additional parking.
