Buckmans.com will gladly accept your online return and exchange requests – simply follow the steps outlined below. We offer you our UPS labels for a nominal fee for all your qualifying returns. All qualifying exchanges are free when you use our UPS label.

Please note, any item purchased online (excluding specially listed items) may be returned or exchanged within 45 days for a full refund*. All return and exchange requests will be processed promptly and in the order in which they were received.

*Please Note: Items must be returned in "as new" condition (including all tags and any manufacturer packaging). All boot styles must be returned in the original box, which also CANNOT be used as the shipping box. You must ship the boots back in the original packaging, inside another box. Items that are returned used, altered or damaged will not be refunded unless we (Buckmans.com) determine the damage to be the result of a manufacturing defect or a problem that occurred in the initial transit. Returned items received after the 45 day required period may not be accepted, may be refunded in the form of a store credit, and/or may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Items returned in less than new condition may also be subject to a restocking fee.

Returns received between Christmas and January 31st may take 1 to 2 weeks to process due to increased volume.

Items purchased in our retail stores cannot be shipped to our online returns center. In-store purchases are eligible to be returned or exchanged at any Buckman's retail store location during normal business hours. Special order items ordered in our retail stores cannot be returned. How to Return or Exchange Your Order

Our UPS shipping labels may only be used when shipping within the lower 48 States (our labels are not available to residents of Alaska, Hawaii or other countries). You may send any return or exchange to us via any other shipping method of your choice; however, only use of our labels are free for exchanges, and incur an $9.95 fee on returns in the contiguous Unites States (or a $24.95 fee for oversized items). We will not be held responsible for lost or damaged returned items not shipped using our UPS shipping labels.

To return or exchange an item, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Visit our Returns and Exchanges page. If you have an online account and are logged in, you will be given a list of qualifying items to return or exchange. If you are not logged in or ordered with a guest account, you will be given the opportunity to enter your order number and your email address.

  2. Once you indicate which item(s) you wish to return or exchange, you will be given options to create and print a UPS label. Use of our label will incur a $9.95 fee which will be deducted from your refund total (oversized returns will incur a $24.95 fee).

  3. On the same screen where you print out the UPS label, we also ask that you print out and complete our Buckman's Returns and Exchanges Form. Please include it in the package along with a copy of your packing slip or confirmation email.

    Include any exchange information or the reason for your return so that we may process your request as efficiency as possible.

  4. Once the label is printed and the return and exchange form are completed, include all items and paperwork in the smallest box possible, tape the label securely to your package, and drop it off at the nearest UPS location. Please ship all returns and exchanges to the following address:

Frequently Asked Questions

Can online purchases be returned to the retail stores?

Yes, but for payment security reasons, our retails stores do not have access to your billing or payment information. Any of our locations can accept your returns or exchanges, but a refund may take a few days to process.

Who pays for return shipping?
Buckmans.com will provide UPS Return labels for $9.95 for small returns or $24.95 for the return of large items like skis, snowboards, large boots, oversized bags and other specially marked items. This return fee will be deducted from your refund amount unless you are requesting your item(s) to be exchanged. Our expedited shipping options are a service we offer that are not eligible for refunds once the order has shipped. Expedited shipping charges will not be refunded for returned or exchanged orders.

International Customers: If you are returning an item, be sure to mark the package and postage as a “Merchandise Return.” We will not be responsible for any returns taxes, customs, or other fees associated with international shipping.

An item I bought has worn out sooner than it should have or is need of repair, what is your warranty policy?
Buckmans.com will gladly assist you if you believe your product qualifies for a manufacturer's warranty policy.

How it works: Simply send us the product you purchased from Buckmans.com with a copy of your original packing slip (or site print out) and a detailed explanation of what happened to your item. We will send the item to the manufacturer's warranty department. Once they have received and reviewed your product, they will accept or reject your warranty claim.

If they accept your claim they will either repair the product, issue a replacement, or issue a credit. Their decision is final and made at their sole discretion. If they send the repaired or replaced item to Buckmans, we will ship it back to you. If they issue a credit, we will issue you a site credit or refund your card depending on when the original transaction was made.

Please note, this process can take up to 4 weeks. During this time, no refunds or credits will be issued until the manufacturer has reviewed the product and informed us of their decision. If they reject your claim, we will return the item to you. By sending your product(s) to us, you agree to the process as outlined above.

An item I bought from your website is now on sale, can a get the new sale price?
Buckmans.com will honor a new sale price as long as the order in question was placed within 10 days of the current sale. This will be done by issuing a site credit. All site credits will be issued in the form of a gift code that will be emailed to your account's primary email address
