Dial In,

Time-Honored Performance With a legacy of pushing personal skills to the pro level,

the men's Burton Ruler Snowboard Boots are the choice for stepping to larger drops, hitting burlier features, and pushing your skills.

The ability to independently dial in the tension between the upper and forefoot lets you fine tune the fit and feel to match your ambitions.

Their proven formula creates a medium stiff, responsive feel that's equally nimble and powerful. Warm feet and a custom fit keep you riding longer and thinking about your feet less.

Heat-moldable liners brings it all together with a custom fit and the enhanced warmth of heat-reflective tech to keep you out on the hill where you want to be.

Supportive and Responsive

Plenty of support and responsive feel give you that extra edge to go for it.

Adjustable Fit Secure, Comfortable Fit, Warm, Dry Feet

Lightweight, heat-moldable liners offer a custom fit with the tech to reflect heat and wick sweat to keep your feet warm and dry all day, all season.

Features:

LACING:

Dual Zone Boa®

Dual-Zone BOA® Fit System with Coiler™ technology features two distinct lace zones that can be independently adjusted with the twist of a dial for a custom fit in both the upper and lower portions of the boot.

Boa Coiler Closure System Powered by Burton Exclusive New England Ropes

New England Ropes use American-made fibers and are virtually indestructible, won't kink, and are easy to re-lace

LINER:

Imprint™ 2 with Lock-Up Cuff

heat-moldable liner features 3M™ Thinsulate™ insulation for additional low-bulk warmth along with hook-and-loop closure for a snug fit.

This super low-profile inner cuff carries the laces around the ankle for consistent and secure heel hold with effortless entry and exit.

CUSHIONING

Burton Recycled Content Rubber with Sleeping Bag Reflective Foil

This low profile and lightweight underfoot shield reflect heats back to the feet, improving both warmth and comfort when faced with cold conditions.

3M™ Thinsulate™

EST 0mm Heel Rise

EST goes beyond bindings by drawing inspiration from the surf / skate heritage of snowboarding and giving you a more direct connection to your boards.

By eliminating the ramp angle of your outsole, EST Lowers your center of gravity, improves board feel, and creates a more surf/skate like feel. All without sacrificing an ounce of cushioning thanks to ultra dampening ReBounce and B3 Gel inserts.

Responsive, Medium Stiff Feel Flex A not too stiff, not too soft flex means you can push your skills without being pushed around.

1:1 firm flex PowerUp tongue creates a snug fit between boot and tongue, eliminating the need to readjust while you ride

Pros of BOA®

Lacing It is easy to fine-tune tightness with micro-adjustments

Pop out the coiler for quick and easy comfort on the lift or during après

All boot adjustments can be made while wearing gloves/mittens

A single-coiler system tightens and loosens evenly across the entire foot

Cons of BOA® Lacing

The coiler interface may take a couple of uses before it feels intuitive

It can be easy to over-tighten with BOA® and cause foot fatigue

A single-coiler system does not allow for independent tightness of the upper and lower zones

The BOA® coiler sticks off the boot and can get caught on things

Replacing a broken coiler or cable requires additional parts and can be complicated

BOA® lacing snowboard boots are generally more expensive

Flex
Medium

Medium
A medium flex has a balance of playfulness and response, fitting a variety of terrain and ability levels.

Binding Style
Strap

Strap
Strap bindings are the most common type of snowboard bindings, and they can be easily identified by the flexible straps (or sometimes a single strap) that connect across the top of the snowboard boot to hold it in place. A ratcheting buckle tightens the straps across the top of the ankle and toe of the boot. Because each strap is adjustable and can be tightened individually, strap snowboard bindings offer a high degree of adjustability.

Lacing
Boa

Boa
The BOA Fit System has grown into an industry standard in recent years, providing quick and easy twist-to-tighten functionality. The BOA® system consists of a knob (called the Coiler™) on the front or side of the boot that is used to adjust the tightness of the boot with cables or ropes that are routed within the boot shell. Twist to tighten the laces and pop the coiler out to loosen the laces.

Boot Liner
Heat Moldable

Heat Moldable
Boot Liners are Heat Moldable by applying heat by a professional to accelerate the process of forming the perfect fit around your foot. Note that most liners will "pack out" and shape to the wearer's foot after some use, so simply wearing them for an extended period of time is an option as well.

Ability Level
Intermediate

Intermediate
An intermediate level skier or snowboarder can comfortably ski or ride on blue slopes, make controlled parallel turns, and handle moderate speeds, but may struggle with steeper or more challenging terrain.
