Pros: fit is a little roomy. I usually wear medium but small fits great
Cons: expensive (but worth it)

I love this item both for shredding and at work! I am a Registered Nurse Practitioner wearing scrubs every day as I trudge through this covid 19 crisis. I wear this under my scrubs and find it the perfect layer for daily use.
