The Ion Step On Men’s Snowboard Boots provide all the features you need for real performance on your adventures:

  • Personalization: These boots adjust to your feet right away for the correct fit. Adjust the tension and feel with fine precision from the BOA® Fit System.
  • Comfortable lining: These boots feature an Ultralon Performance Foam® lining and a “sleeping bag” design underfoot that traps in heat and wicks away sweat, so you stay warm and dry for the best performance possible. You also get added protection against the cold and wet with the snow-proof internal gusset.
  • Secure binding: The Step On binding allows you to attach the boot to the board with just a click by pressing down — no straps involved. There are two connection points at the toes and an additional one at the heel for the best board control, stability and security.
  • Excellent support: You get a secure fit with the 1:1 Firm Flex PowerUp tongue and Tuff Cuff for ankle support and heel hold. AutoCANT Cushioning reduces fatigue and enhances comfort, even when you’re snowboarding all day. ReBounce means added layers to cushion impact, too.

For example, Burton’s Step On system requires Step On boots that have a heel cleat and toe cleats that connect to corresponding hardware on Burton Step On bindings. Strapless snowboard binding systems are very quick and easy to get in and out of, while offering the same board control and holding power of a traditional strap binding.
