Pros: Tons of space, boots have a separate compartment, tough, internal pockets. Very well built, sturdy.
Cons: Will not fit in overhead on airplanes.

I bought this bag as a travel companion to my board. I love the fact that the boots have their own zippered separate bay at the bottom. This keeps all the dirt and moisture away from my clothes. I checked this bag heading out west because it would not fit into the overheads, and between the TSA and the tossers, it held up amazingly well. Between this and the burton gig bag, it held all of my needs for a 5 day trip. I highly recommend this bag for both everyday riding use and long-distance travel use.
