Blizzard Black Pearl 88 10 Year Anniversary Edition Skis
To celebrate 10 years of Women2Women, Blizzard created something truly special.
A decade ago, Blizzard and Tecnica launched the Women2Women program with one goal—to support women in skiing through a 360º approach that goes beyond product. Built on education, inspiration, community, and inclusivity, the program continues to make skiing more welcoming and empowering for all women, from first-timers to mountain leaders.
For this milestone, Blizzard partnered with artist Malia Reeves to design a limited-edition Black Pearl 88, featuring a one-of-a-kind graphic inspired by the strength and spirit of women in the mountains.
With every pair sold, $125 goes directly to the Blizzard Tecnica Hilaree Nelson Scholarship Program, which funds education and certifications for women pursuing avalanche safety, ski instruction, guiding, and more.
So far, the program has awarded over $120,000 in funding and gear to 103 women worldwide, helping them chase their goals and lead the way for others.

About the Artist: Malia Reeves
Malia Reeves is a Taos, New Mexico native who grew up surrounded by the stunning peaks of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains. After completing high school at an international boarding school in Wales, she attended Dartmouth College in New Hampshire, where she became a passionate member of the Dartmouth Outing Club.
There, Malia developed her leadership in the outdoors—becoming a certified leader in rock climbing, mountain biking, and backcountry skiing. After earning her degree in Fine Arts, she returned home to Taos and has since built a life that blends creativity, mountain life, and adventure.
Today, she splits her time between ski patrolling at Taos Ski Valley in the winter, guiding outdoor adventure trips around the world in the summer, and creating fine art inspired by nature and the alpine environment. Her passion for outdoor education and art both stem from a deep love of sharing the beauty, strength, and freedom of the mountains.
About the Art
“The top mountains are the Kaiser Mountains near Mittersill.
The bottom mountain is Cinque Torri in the Dolomites.
The flowers are Snow Roses and Snow Drops—wildflowers that bloom through the snow in the Alps.
I love the idea of delicate, beautiful flowers that are strong and hardy enough to thrive in the alpine snow.
And the wolves, of course, are the Women2Women pack—each with its own personality and spirit.
Whether a woman feels more kinship with the tough little wildflower or the prowling wolf, we all share a love for the mountains and the snow.
I wanted this design to be vibrant and full of energy—reflecting the life, strength, and diversity that Women2Women inspires.”
