Pros: flattering, warm, comfortable Cons: pricey depending on your standards

I love these pants. I've had them for a couple of seasons, and even up in Killington VT they keep me perfectly warm when paired with a base layer. They fit really well too, they have a nice amount of stretch while also being waterproof and insulated.
