Nice jacket, good return policy

Pros:
Not as easy to return as dealing directly with Patagonia but still okay

Yes
It's a great jacket, was just too big for my son so we had to return it. Unfortunately Buckmans didn't have the size he needed so we had to order it elsewhere. That said, dealing with Buckmans was great. They do have a short return period (30 days) but because it was Christmas they extended it which was really helpful. The return process, while not quite as user friendly as some, was nevertheless quick an efficient and the credit back was quick. I wouldn't hesitate to order from Buckmans in the future.
