Terrible quality! Don’t waste your money!
They are ok once broken in and the grip is good but these are last down massively by the quality! I have done about 90km in mine which is nothing for a walking boot, the plastic/rubber capping over the front has started to come away. Very poor and this is now letting in water.

Yes
These are like sturdy sneakers that have a stiffer sole to be more comfortable over rough terrain. They just come up over my ankles. The uppers are reinforced and provide foot and toe protection against kicking rocks, etc. They are comfy like sneakers, and I can walk fast in them. They probably aren't supportive enough for backpacking.
My feet are slightly narrow, and my usual shoe size in them fits fine.

Yes
These Addidas mid height hikers are awesome. Since they're GoreTex they are waterproof for the nastiest of hikes. Great fit and a great sole combined with Gore Tex make for a great day on the trail or everyday use
