Sticks and wont come off, doesn't wear down

Yes
Crab grab makes the best stomp pads. That's all that needs to be said about these, big enough to fit your foot on and keep traction when getting off the lift. A must have for your board.

Yes
Crab Grab uses 3m to stick the pad to the board. This stomp pad is made out of foam which creates a nonslip area for you to put your boot when getting off of the lift.
