Pros:
warm, feels padded, good length
Cons:
do wear thin after a few years on heel, price is a little high

Yes
Socks are warm and comfortable. There is a sense of padding to the sock which feels good on the foot. Socks go higher than the boot which allows protection from rubbing on the leg. These socks last a long time before wearing thin. Ive had a few pairs for at least 5 seasons of lots of working on hills and riding and they are still holding up.
