I didn’t think ski pants could look this good. Tried about 5 different pairs recently, and this was the clear winner. My old ski pants are heavy, bulky and too warm but have held off on a new pair because I wanted to invest in a high quality jacket. One main tip - size up! The pants run small and you will want extra room for a base layer for frigid days. The pants have what seem like a warm and light lining, but for those frigid days, it may not cut it for that chair lift part. I’m normally a 2 in bottoms, so,etc,es 4 depending on the company. Took an 8S in these (returned the 6S since they “fit” ish but too snug...would have had an issue with sport movement and def no room for a base layer). The first size 8 I’ve ever purchased. Great fabric feel. Yes to the wide waist panel. Forgiving and flattering on curves. For petites, get the short. Makes a world of difference. Fast shipping from this store was helpful too.

The pants arrived on time however they still have the security tag attached to them. Giving them to my daughter for xmas as she may have to return for the size just a a hassle.
