If you live in Nunavut in the cold cold winter I don't recommend this for you. It is not weatherproof or wind proof. I tested if it's waterproof and it 100% is! It is stretchable and very comfortable. Fits me perfectly. This is more in the fitted (meaning it is more tight) to the skin and that's not good for Nunavut in winter. I'd recommend the thicker with more grams of insulation frabic. This is thinner.
