I bought this as a gift for my husband, and he loves it. It's really warm without being bulky, which is essential for outdoor activities. Buckman's had the best price I could find, and it was a big plus to not have to shop some of the bigger stores. The jacket arrived a lot sooner than I expected. I recommend the jacked and shopping at Buckmans.

Yes
This down jacket is perfect alone for cold and windy days. You can layer it underneath for added warmth during the freezing winters. Don't recommend it as a rain jacket.

I purchased this jacket as a gift for a friend who had been eyeing a few different down jackets that would keep him warm, but unable to afford Patagonia. After searching the internet for black Friday and other deals, nothing yielded as great of a price as Buckman's. Shipping was faster then anticipated, and he said it keeps him really warm amid the cold temps in the CO mountains.

I bought this jacket for my husband. He is about 5’11 175 lbs ~I chose the Carbon color in a Medium. Fits perfect! Love the color!
