Pros:
Warm, soft, stays dry

Yes
Never lets wind through and stays super soft even through years of use. Other ones I have used get wet and cold but turtle fur lasts a whole day and keeps you super warm.
Prefer chelonia model

No
I've always had the original turtle fur and recently retired it. The original is very warm, but if you're outside on a cold day and you breathe through your mouth, the fleece gets saturated leaving you cold. I'd recommend the turtle fur chelonia over the original to keep moisture build up at bay.

This is a great item to keep you warm on those cold days on the mountain. I've always used turtle fur and would never go back! Great selection of colors

If you warm up just pull down around your neck!

Since the 80s, turtles have crawled out of Lake Champlain into fleece nests to keep their necks warm. Go figure!
There is a color to match every possible outfit you have. An absolute necessity to keep the heat inside your jacket. Go wild!
