Been shopping around for a pair of gloves that were going to last me plenty of brutal Chicago winters, set my sights on Hestra brand, but super hesitant due to price for a product made in China. If I had to guess, this pair costs Hestra maybe $50 USD at most. And I wasn’t going to pay $100 more for some Canada Goose glove that would fall a part within two years and try to fight them on their bogus lifetime warranty, and likely not be warm enough.
To be able to get this pair of gloves for $152 pretax, I had to pull the trigger, I can’t compare to any other high end brands like Arcteryx but the build quality is superb, the fit is perfect (just be sure to accurately measure your hand circumference), and I’m confident these will last me at least a decade.
I wasn’t sure about the white leather but they look sharp. I’m very pleased with the overall look.

If you're not getting yourself Hestra gloves you're missing out. They're so durable, with proper maintenance I've seen Hestras last longer than entire ski careers. They're also incredibly warm and effectively split the difference between a glove and a mitten.
A perfect cold weather glove that is built to last

These are my favorite pair of gloves I have ever owned. They are extremely warm in the coldest weather like a mitten, yet they still give you the dexterity of wearing a glove. In addition, they are completely waterproof, which is perfect if you are a snowboarder and always have your hands touching the snow.

These gloves haven’t failed to keep my hands toasty in the coldest of weather. Not only do they keep my hands warm but they keep my hands dry as well.

Can't beat these gloves! With gore-tex, these things are waterproof and can handle any condition the mountain throws at you. Lobster claw gives you range with your thumb and index finger but keeps the mitten effect and your hands super warm all winter long.

Whether playing in the snow with the kids, shoveling snow after the big storm or flying mach schnell down your favorite mountain, this is the glove for you. Great insulation with a gore-tex outer to keep your hands warm and dry!
