I love this jacket. The hood with the ears is just too cute to pass up. It's great quality with everything else Patagonia so it was a no brainer. Babe looks so cute in it, too!

Awesome customer service . Originally ordered from the manufacturer to be told was out of stock . I googled the product and your store popped up . I shipped to Denver only to find the package was delayed. I realized I put the incorrect address. Buckmans was on it from day 1 to ensure the delivery was corrected and kept me up to date . They went above and beyond by following up with the shipper to ensure my gift did not sit undeliverable . Package arrived and gift was so well received by the new parents who quickly sent me a pic to a resounding “it’s so soft and perfect “ Could not have had a better experience anywhere . Thank You !!!!
