The Grid MIPS features the new MIPS (Multi-Directional Impact Protection System) Spherical technology that keeps the helmet incredibly lightweight on your head, while improving protection. The MIPS Spherical increases the rotational ability of the inner shell of the helmet should you take a rotational impact rather than transfer that energy back to your brain. A Polartec Power Grid Padding adds extra warmth while wicking away moisture to keep you warm and dry. Stack Vents keep air flowing across the top foam of your goggles to keep your lenses fog-free at all times. The In Form 2 Fit System has an easy to adjust dial that gets the fit perfectly around your head.

one of the most overlooked items on the mountain but it is a definite necessity.
this helmet is not a pain to wear. I have been in other helmets that I couldn't even keep on the entire time but once you put this one on it is as if your aren't wearing it at all.
