The first two items needed to tune your own skis. 1. vice and 2. iron. This vice will get you started in tuning your own skis. Put the perfect edge on your ski or keep it moving fast with the best wax.

Some guys have wood shops in their garages. I've got a ski tuning shop in mine. These vises are the heart of my shop. They provide a base of support to tune everything from fat powder skis to narrow carvers.
