Rode these pants all last year. They are a baggier fitting pants so very comfortable with room for layering. Never had a problem getting wet in these either.

These pants do run pretty short. He normally wears a 32 waist 34 length pant and we had to order the Medium Long size. They fit perfectly. My husband hasn't had a chance to wear them, yet, so not sure of the warmth.
