The Patagonia® Men's Nano Puff® Vest is a weather-resistant, lightweight and packable synthetic insulation layer that's durable and stays warm when wet.

We built the Nano Puff® Vest for climbers who needed a weather-resistant, lightweight and packable synthetic insulation layer that could stay warm even when wet and withstand seasons of use. Ever since, those same features have made it the uncontested favorite midlayer for just about any outdoor pursuit. With fit refinements for improved mobility, 60-g PrimaLoft® Gold Insulation Eco 100% postconsumer recycled polyester with P.U.R.E.™ (Produced Using Reduced Emissions) technology, and a 100% recycled polyester shell and lining. Made in a Fair Trade Certified™ factory.

• 100% Recycled Fabrics: Lightweight 100% recycled polyester ripstop shell has a durable water repellent (DWR) finish made without intentionally added PFAS to shed light moisture
• Signature Horizontal Quilting: Brick quilting pattern and horizontal quilted side panels with tough, abrasion-resistant thread stabilize insulation for greater durability as an outer layer and for low-profile, low-bulk layering under shells
• Evolved Fit for Mobility and Comfort: Improved shoulder and armhole fit provide greater mobility and comfort; a slightly narrower fit and a longer body length offer easier layering
• Center-Front Zipper: Center-front zipper has a wicking interior storm flap and a zipper garage at the chin for next-to-skin comfort
• Pocket Features: Two zippered handwarmer pockets have cleanly finished zipper garages; an internal zippered chest pocket doubles as a stuffsack, with a reinforced carabiner clip-in loop
