Pros:
Beefy wood core, simple construction, very intuitive to ski well.
Cons:
Graphics will be eschewed by many who the ski would otherwise be perfect for.

This ski has no metal, a thick poplar core and long and low tip and tail rocker. Underfoot, it has quite bit of camber for power, pop and edge hold. In a world where the Bent 100 is an easy, go-to choice for many, the Revolt 101 ups the performance and speed envelope while trading off some "fun factor". This is the ski you want if stomping landings off of cliffs is important. It has a very high speed limit and remains damp and composed as you push yourself deeper and deeper towards warp speed. I feel like this ski is full of surprises, and the fact it out-skis many competitors WITH METAL tells you the Volkl Athletes really locked in what they needed and the engineers delivered!! Keep in mind, the 101 and 114 are stiffer, directional offerings in the Revolt line up. The new graphics are amazing, and pairing these with a Jester X or Griffon X will bring out the best in this ski!
