"BUILT TOGETHER!" The design concept of the Völkl Freeski Family goes into the fifth round! The complete Revolt Range was designed by Canadian graphic designer Tylor Macmillan. The development of the ski was a process over several years with different athletes and came to completion with the Norwegian Øysten Braten and the Völkl Freestyle Team around Tom Ritsch from Austria. The result is impressive in every respect. The tip & tail rocker ski with a new, modern sidecut is equipped with reinforced edges and modified flex zones meant to be ridden in the urban playground or in the park. Whether it's the stair railing behind the house, the rail in the park, or the kicker next to the slope, the Revolt 96 will give you enough pop and stability during take-off to raise your level up a notch. Of course, the Revolt 96 also features the proven 3D Radius Sidecut and a full-length sidewall for top performance on hard, shaped surfaces. The ski is available in four lengths from 157 to a whopping 181 cm, so that even taller or heavier riders will find the right model for them.
Features
Men Designed for Men
Park and Pipe / Twins Whether your dream is to be the next Gold Medalist at X-Games or just like the thrill and excitement of park and pipe these will allow you to pursue your passion.
Wide Wider for better float in the powder but also gives more stability in heavy and/or wet snow conditions.
Medium Medium flex skis are designed to give you a balanced profile of stiffness and flexibility, providing performance for a range of skiing styles and conditions
Tip & Tail Rocker Designed to be a versatile blend for easy turn initiation as well as release from a turn while maintaining camber under the foot for a stable feel.
Sandwich / ABS Involves a layered build where the skis core is sandwiched between the top sheet and reinforced sidewalls. Increasing durability, edge grip and overall performance, this is a preferred choice for advanced skiers demanding precision and stability.
Wood The most used material in skis construction. Giving the ski the ability to make a more natural turn shape while staying lightweight with dampening properties for less chatter
Intermediate An intermediate level skier or snowboarder can comfortably ski or ride on blue slopes, make controlled parallel turns, and handle moderate speeds, but may struggle with steeper or more challenging terrain.
