Mike Olson took everything he has learned about board geometries and construction in the past 40 years and created the Techno Pop Cygnus BM. Founded on a dynamic “enhanced banana” C2 contour, the Cygnus BM floats effortlessly in powder and its perfectly tuned cambers and deep sidecuts combine with the radical central rocker to set up incredible edge hold and carving on hardpack and ice. All this is built in the most space age Mike Olson genius composite construction possible; unidirectional carbon over 30° carbon mega X over magnesium fiber bands wrapping a recycled PET plastic bottles, Paulownia, and FSC® certified Aspen core. Eco sublimated bio beans top and rugged, fast sintered base. The results are magically fun, dreamy, high performance all terrain snowboard that is sure to put a smile on your face and a 360 carve in theirs.
Men Designed for Men
All Mountain Explores all obstacles across the mountain, enjoying anything coming across them on the hill.
Directional This rider tends to carve the mountain and have less concern with riding switch.
Hybrid The best of rocker and camber which allows the rider to float in powder with loaded up pop.
Medium A medium flex has a balance of playfulness and response, fitting a variety of terrain and ability levels.
2x4 The 2x4 hole pattern features two rows of holes. The rows are spaced four centimeters apart, and each hole in the row is spaced two centimeters apart. Each snowboard binding is secured to the snowboard using four bolts. This pattern offers the rider some flexibility with binding placement forward or backward compared to the manufacturer’s suggested reference stance position.
