Pros: It is padded, therefore, perfect for plane trips. I bought the Bandana pattern, and its very cute - more for a girl, then a guy (my personal opinion). I bought 155cm, and it fits my 149cm skis perfectly.
Cons: Straps are a little short the put no your shoulder, not a huge deal though.
