Pros:
Warm, waterproof shell, removable layers.
Cons:
Can be difficult to reattach layers.

This jacket is a three-in-one combination that can be worn as the outer shell, inner padded jacket, or both. It includes many pockets and zipper "vents" to cool you down without having to remove a layer. This is a great, comfortable ski jacket.
