We ordered The North Face ski pants in Women's Medium Long and for some reason received a size Large. I emailed the company on Christmas day and they quickly responded that they would ship the correct size immediately so we would receive them before our ski trip. They held true to their promise and the right product was delivered the day before our departure! This was our first time using this company and are very happy with the experience!
