Yes
I started using these impact shorts after a tailbone injury. They really help to protect me from re-injury. I would not still be riding without wearing these shorts when I go out. Definitely worth it.

Yes
Picked a pair of these out for my significant other looking to start snowboarding. She put these through the ringer on the first few days.
As wit any safety pro, she says that her confidence is always boosted when stepping on the mountain with the right protection.
Overall we went with Burton for the comfortability and design.
No bruised hips

fits great and great cushion. these really help when I fall on the hard surface. not always a soft snow
