These are great liners to wear as driving gloves as well as under your ski glove.

These are great to wear under your gloves, keep hands out of the elements when you need to remove your outer gloves to buckle up or blow your nose. I keep a few pair handy and in all my jacket pockets.

Pros:
Slip out of outer gloves easily; add warmth without bulk; Have pocket for hand warmers.
Cons:
Not as durable as some others, but more useful

Yes
I work on mountain @ Telluride ski area. Job requires often removing outer gloves. Most liners draw out the liner of the outer glove; these don't. Also being rather sheer, I can do many tasks with them on rather than bare hands. Pure silk would probably be even better, but much more expensive. These are a good value.
