I don’t normally write reviews, but in this case Buckmans.com has gone above and beyond! I was looking for the patterned Patagonia fleece pullovers for my daughter and the ONLY place I could find them was online at buckmans.com. The size/pattern that I ordered ended up being out of stock, but I received a personal email informing me of the problem. When I called the customer service number, I immediately was connected to an actually person (!) who was super helpful in finding a replacement item at one of their local stores. Turns out, he later ended up tracking down my original item and shipping that instead of the replacement. I was thrilled! Even though I’m many states away, it was a pleasure to deal with a family-owned “local” business and I will definitely shop here again. Thanks for the great service Buckman’s!
Oh- and the item was fabulous too!

The came exactly as ordered much quicker than expected. It was exactly what I needed for the abrupt drop in temperature lately. I expected to receive the product in at least a week but received in a few days!

I have many Patagonia Snap-t's and they are awesome! I love that we now have kids as well. These are great layering pieces on cold days on the mountain and provide a lot of warmth. They are also nice to just wear around on any given day. The assortment of colors and patterns are very helpful. You are sure to find one that fits your child's personality!

After searching in many stores and on many websites without much luck, we found EXACTLY what we were looking for at Buckmans.com in exactly the size we needed. Ordering online was very simple and efficient. We received our order quicker than expected (in about 4 days,) and the price was cheaper than anywhere else we had seen this product. AND, on top of all of that, shipping was free. The service provided by Buckman's really doesn't get any better than this!
